UIDAI permits people with Aadhaar cards to change their address without needing documentation. Aadhaar card holders can alter their address as long as they are willing to accept the authentication to the identity verifier. An address verifier can be a close friend, relative or landlord who will allow the Aadhaar card user to use their address as proof.
